4. SMS & Mobile Information

When you provide your phone number to G8 Events, we use it to send transactional text messages you have agreed to receive — such as sign-in one-time passcodes (OTP), ticket delivery, order confirmations, and event-critical updates — and, only where you have separately opted in, marketing messages about presales, VIP upgrades, and offers.

• Message frequency & rates: Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
• No sale or sharing for marketing: Your mobile information and SMS opt-in/consent data will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
• Service providers: We share your phone number only with the vendors needed to deliver our messaging (for example, our SMS delivery provider Twilio), solely to provide that service to us.
• Consent & opt-out controls: Marketing SMS consent is optional, is never a condition of purchase, and is collected only through a separate, unchecked opt-in. You can reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, reply HELP for help, or contact us to update your preferences.
