By accessing or using G8 Events ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Use of the Platform

When using G8 Events, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or purchasing tickets
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not resell, transfer, or duplicate tickets except through official Platform features
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure

3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer. Prices displayed include all applicable fees. By completing a purchase, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• Ticket availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed
• Tickets are personal and valid only for the individual named at checkout unless transferred through official means
• Duplicate or counterfeit tickets will be voided without refund

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. G8 Events facilitates refunds on behalf of organizers when approved. If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be refunded the full purchase amount. Processing times for refunds depend on your payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days.

5. Event Organizers

Event organizers are independent parties who use G8 Events to sell and manage tickets. G8 Events is not responsible for the content, quality, safety, or legality of events listed on the Platform. Organizers are responsible for fulfilling their event obligations to ticket holders.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or event organizers
• Upload or distribute malicious content, viruses, or harmful code

7. Intellectual Property

All content on G8 Events, including logos, designs, text, and software, is the property of G8 Events or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, G8 Events and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific ticket or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
